The staff were very helpful and confirmed trip bookings for us etc and we ate in the buffet in the hotel which was also good. We looked over the New York New York and could see the roller coaster, it wasn’t very noisy and we had no trouble sleeping. The room we stayed in was 2223 in the resort tower, it was spacious and clean.
After reading some of the reviews on here I was a little apprehensive about staying here, I even emailed to see if we could change rooms from the resort tower but after speaking to someone on reception I was made to feel at ease so I kept the room we had booked.
